Arc 02 - Neutra Place

Studying the architecture of a small collection of Neutra homes in Silverlake LA... The second one was a collaboration with Sticboy who threw down some awesome graphics to make the piece really sing. We're both big fans of the illustrator Matthew Lyons, so we had some fun emulating the super talented designer.

Ranch Plein Air

Our art department was lucky enough to take a trip up to the Golden Oak Ranch for a day of sketching and painting. The Ranch grows a lot of the produce they sell at the parks and in our own commissaries that we eat at every day! They've also filmed a variety of things from Pirates of the Caribbean to Geico commercials. Overall a great day outside in the sun.

A paint study from the original Thomas Crown Affair. Everything was just cooler in the 60's. So much class, so much swagger. This was the scene when insurance investigator, Vikki Anderson (Faye Dunaway) couldn't help but fall for Mr. Crown's charm...
